The CHS Blood Drive Returns

Antoinette Aho, Editor-in-Chief

Donating blood is a simple and efficient way of giving back and helping the world on a grander level. Every year Cordova hosts multiple blood drives to enable students to donate with little to no hassle.

Participants must weigh 110 pounds and be of the age 16 or older to donate blood.

All permission forms must be completed this week, students may turn their forms into the Student Government table that will be stationed in front of G-wing at lunch.

Participants will have a scheduled donating time during the school day, and the procedure will be concise. All donators must qualify the age and weight requirements, as giving blood may result in nauseation, dizziness, and weakness of the arms. Those who are underweight will likely see worsened, more long-lasting symptoms.

The blood drive will be held this Friday, Jan. 25.
